The Warragul Club derived from one of Warragul's oldest institutions the Athenaeum and library located in Queen Street, Warragul on a site granted by the Government. The building included a hall, reading room and library. Concerts, dances, banquets and smoke nights were frequent at the club each week.
We cater for all functions. The Warragul Club's Athenaeum Room features a large function room with private bar facilities. It has one of the largest dance floors in Gippsland and is able to cater for functions, parties and 21st birthdays from small groups of around 30, up to approximately 200 persons. For Weddings we can cater for a maximum of 150 people. Our catering staff provide a great range of delicious menus for cocktail style functions or more formal three or four course meals. The incredible venue for your marvelous workshop.
